Program Description
This 30-credit program is open to participants who have a bachelor’s degree and who hold certification or are eligible for certification in early childhood education. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be eligible for New York State certification in special education at the early childhood level (birth–grade 2).
Admissions
Admission to graduate programs in the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development requires the following minimum components:
- Résumé/CV
- Statement of Purpose
- Letters of Recommendation
- Transcripts
- Proficiency in English
