Veterans Benefits

NYU is committed to providing a supportive environment for veterans to pursue their academic and personal goals, explore learning experiences, and be involved in campus life.

As of March 1, 2013, NYU is a participant of the Department of Defense (DOD) Voluntary Education Partnership Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

Benefit programs have various eligibility requirements and provide different forms of assistance.

Benefits include:

At NYU, most VA Certifying Officials (SCO) are in the Office of the University Registrar. The School of Medicine and the Graduate Division of the Stern School of Business have their own Certifying Officials.

Additional details about eligibility and activating these benefits can be found on the Office of the University Registrar’s website
