Program Description

The Human Capital Management department successfully launched its Master of Science in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting in Fall 2020. This graduate program is designed to address the growing demand for highly skilled and academically trained executive coaching and organizational consulting professionals. Students will be prepared to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness through coaching leaders on goal-setting, presence, performance, and effective communication as well as consulting with leaders on organizational culture, systems and design. Leading academics and industry practitioners will bridge evidence-based science and applied practice to empower students to become more influential and strategic executive coaches and organizational consultants.

This 30-credit accelerated program can be completed entirely online, onsite or in a blended format. It is also aligned with the International Coach Federation (ICF) competency model and ethical standards. Full-time students can complete the degree within one year, while part-time students can complete the degree in two to three years.
