Registration
NYU Grossman Long Island School of Medicine’s Office of Registration and Student Records supports students with the practical aspects of their medical education. The office assists with registration, manages academic records, maintains course catalogs, and helps with class schedules.
The office also provides information about the academic calendars; elective, clerkship, and advanced clinical rotation lotteries; away rotations; the licensure exam; residency applications; and the resident matching process. On request, the office provides services such as official copies of transcripts and diplomas.
All students enrolled at NYU Grossman Long Island School of Medicine are protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and by NYU’s FERPA policy. Please note that in addition to the directory information outlined in NYU’s FERPA policy, NYU Grossman Long Island School of Medicine considers Phase 3 student National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) data to be directory information. Specific guidelines outlined in FERPA apply to accessing educational records.
